Breakfast: Breakfast was great. There were plenty of options. There were interesting machinery to make your own waffle and pancake. Room: They have started renovating the first floor. Those look awesome. Location: I think the location was great. We found everything we needed at a walking distance. Swimming Pool: The kids liked and enjoyed it. Security: Hotel seems secure. They care about your security. You cannot go upstairs without using your hotel card. Facilities: The hotel has many activities/places for kids. Playstation corner, soft banks, kids enjoyed.

If I'm looking at how was the Novotel accommodation during the city of Prague visit I would point out a couple of advantages: - location - walk distance to city center and very close to Metro Route A and C. ( For our flight back we took the Metro and airport bus and was very convenient for only 40 CZK and very fast ~ approx. 45 min we reached the airport from the hotel room. - hotel is placed on a side road at 50m from a big boulevard and is a very quite place for a good sleep - breakfast has a very diverse food and is hard to not find something to eat - you have option for free to let your luggage's extra time if you did your check-out - good English at the main desk ( We had bad times in other hotels with the English spoken by the staff ) - Bar & Restaurant open until midnight if you arrive hungry or late with decent prices and good drinks - Daily room cleaning with rest hours respected fully - Room was clean in all the aspects

Great location to the tram stop (only 2/3 minute walk) and only 20 minutes walk to the old town. The staff were always very helpful. Breakfast was great value for money. We particularly enjoyed the fresh omelettes made to order. Lots of choice and my children loved the waffle and pancake maker. Big hit! The pool facilities were great and open long hours which was brilliant. The room was comfortable and clean. It had a mini fridge which was very handy. They had a great kids corner in the restaurant bar area which had an Xbox plus Lego, colouring, a train tracks etc. We found it very family friendly. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Very good location. easy access to all 3 Metros on foot or by Tram. Good breakfast until very late on the weekends. Friendly and helpful staff. 500m from Wenceslas Square.

Reception ladies were super helpful (lost mobile of my boss found!, explication of parking tickets, fast way of payment and check-out, and always with a smile) The french speaking man cooking at the breakfast was value for money (great omelet and nice conversation) The two ladies in the bar were the cherry on the cake (being helpful, smiling and always taking some time for a positive communication with customers!)

In the end this place was great. At first severely disappointed the pool and gym were out of action. We didn’t think to check the page after booking for changes so didn’t know the pool was closed but the staff and manager were very helpful and supportive. It was very clean and pretty quiet. Breakfast was well maintained. Not much for the kids to do but they are undergoing some improvement works so I appreciate that everything was upside down.

We (2 adults and a 5 year old) stayed in one of their recently refurbished rooms. The room was very nice, had separate shower room and toilet, and the sofa bed was made up for our son for when we arrived (we did confirm this with them before travelling). I think some of the rooms are currently being renovated so I'm not sure if this applies to all the rooms but we were happy with ours. There's an indoor swimming pool available for all guests to use which my son loved (I recommend taking some flip flops as the changing room isn't immediately next to the pool (this isn't a problem). On the whole we enjoyed our stay and I'd happily stay there again.

The buffet exceeded our expectations. It was more than You can try during the stay of two days. The Kids found an incredible amount of Tasty things (and they are incredibly picky). There were custom made breakfast options and plenty of healthy things. Even though it seems to be close to a Main Street, it’s always quiet there. The kids went to the pool at different times and it was never full.

Clean hotel with lovely bar area . Nice pool and gym. Rooms spacious and clean Great selection for breakfast the pancakes and waffles were a hit as were the fresh omelet station
